combination of both, perhaps?

procrastination, thief of time. temptation, the essence of pleasure. assuming that temptation didn't exist, would there be a reason to procrastinate.

playing pool during class and sleeping on the bean bags in the time it takes to draft an essay is a combination of both ... or is it. sleeping in campus could be a result of late nights and the pool games maybe during class can be seen as a way of distressing your mind.

the insight that i have gotten so far is leading me towards the conflict between temptation and procrastination, however once taking a deeper look into this, temptation is the root of procrastination. 

finding a solution for this problem will be a bit difficult however, the root of procrastination is temptation after all . the analogy is simple: to get rid of the temptation, will relieve you from procrastination.
